Good but could be better

So ​far, for the most part the phone has done very well. Screen looks great, smooth gameplay, heat management is good but can get hot depending on how intense the game can get. The fan does help but when I stream, I was surprised at how loud and high pitched it sounds on stream. I feel like the screen for the most part is extremely responsive but I noticed missed touches when I'm in the lobby of a game. For example I'll hit the start button to get a game going and it won't register my touch until the 3rd or 4th touch sometimes. I have a feeling the same has happened in game, but I'm to into the moment that I don't notice if it's me missing a button, or the screen not registering my touch. I feel like this is the biggest complaint as of now and wondering if it's a hardware issue or a software issue that could be fixed with an update? Hoping it's an issue that an update can fix. And one last thing the headphone jack is in a terrible position. I loved that it came with one but it makes play awkward and have to learn to play with hands in different position. All in all, I would still recommend this phone for gaming.

  • Is tax included in the total price?

    For customers in the United States ,tax is included in the price if one of the items in the order is a phone. 


    If there is no phone included in the order then shipping and tax is not included in the price. The products will be shipped under DAP terms. This means we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier for local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your REDMAGIC smartphone.

    For Customers in Canada,

    No, tax is not included in the price.


    We collect tax in advance for phone orders and switch the sales terms from DAP to DDP, which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port, so as to provide a better purchasing experience for customers. But for accessory orders, it remains DAP if ship from HK warehouse.
