The almost bezel-less 6.8-inch display and 93.7% screen-to-body ratio also give the 10 Air all the right tools to amplify visuals with ease. Dual-Packed Performance
One of the most prominent features of the 10 Air is its unique double-action approach to performance. The phone seamlessly combines the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip with our very own RedCore R3 and Energy Cube Technology enhancements. This provides desktop-level graphics while preventing overheating and actively extending the device’s battery life. The 4nm processor baked into the phone also goes on to maintain optimal efficiency while LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 ensure faster multitasking and transfers.
A 1+5+2 CPU architecture pushes the phone’s 3.3GHz Cortex-X4 prime core to maximize single-threaded performance and multi-core efficiency for demanding tasks, extending the phone’s speed and capabilities. The Snapdragon X75 5G modem further provides rapid 5G speeds while the RedCore R3 chip does some heavy lifting with gaming-specific tasks to reduce the load on the main processor, improving both power efficiency and battery life.
ETA Prime also reviewed the 10 Air and found that Genshin Impact played perfectly at the highest settings. He promised that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip in the phone could handle the game “all day long” and that if a game is on the Google Play Store, you'd easily be able to play it on the 10 Air at full speed and with the highest settings.
For Trusted Reviews, the 10 Air worked seamlessly, and the reviewer enjoyed “several hours of Zenless Zone Zero on maxed-out settings without so much as a hiccup in the frame rate.” They further noted that gamers who dabble in emulation would easily be able to run some relatively modern systems and “brute force their way through poor optimization with the sheer power of this chipset.”

Frame concurrency pushes a 120Hz refresh rate through frame rate boosting and interpolation, scaling each game to 120 FPS. Currently, the 10 Air’s frame concurrency feature is compatible with Genshin Impact, COD Mobile, Clash of Clans, Wild Rift, Honkai Impact 3, Arknights, Arena Breakout: Infinite, Clash Royale, Pokémon Unite, and many more games that will be added in the future!
In his review, Tech Spurt stated that our 10 Air is still “beefy enough” to run Wuthering Waves on maxed out graphics, with a perfect frame rate, and for around four hours before it needs a recharge.

Tech Spurt also played a bit of Call of Duty Mobile and saw that the 10 Air played the game beautifully and with a consistent 120Hz fast refresh mode, ensuring that the action was “silky smooth.” TA Tech was also impressed by the phone and called it “lightweight, blazing fast, and packed with flagship power — all without the flagship price tag.” In his review, the 10 Air worked seamlessly with Warzone Mobile, PUBG Mobile, Fortnite Mobile, Delta Force, Genshin Impact, and even Nintendo Switch emulation and Windows gaming via Winlator, all at max settings.
Built for the Game
Despite its sleek appearance, the 10 Air is still built for the avid gamer. We’ve added strategically positioned 520Hz capacitive shoulder triggers that are meant to resemble the shoulder buttons on a gaming controller, giving our community an immersive gaming experience that enhances precision and responsive gameplay, especially in fast-paced or competitive games.
For GSM Arena, the shoulder triggers were “one of the best gaming features of the REDMAGIC 10 Air by far.” They found that this unique feature provides a great experience for racing and first-person shooter games while offering users useful mapping functions for certain actions. Parker the Slayer also reviewed the 10 Air on YouTube and played some Call of Duty Mobile. In the video, he immediately compared the responsiveness of the phone to his REDMAGIC 10 Pro, saying that it was “exactly” the same.
